Before Essenzaa, we worked at reputed software and logistics organizations — across shipping lines, agencies, container freight stations, freight forwarding, customs clearance, port operations and equipment repair. Decades of experience, spent closely studying and aiding organizations along the supply chain.
Every business process implementation has two teams at the table: the business side and the technology side. We have sat on both — so we know the difficulties each one faces, and what gets lost between them.
From that vantage point, one thing was clear: there is a wide vacuum between what logistics companies actually need and the software solutions available in the market. Essenzaa was founded in 2016 to bridge that gap — with domain knowledge on one side and technical craft on the other.
Our objective is simple: customers should concentrate fully on their business, assured that their processes are being run and monitored effectively. Operations before technology — that belief shaped everything we have built since, including NexERA, which has been running live operations since 2018.
